[Aug/2020–Jun/2023] Project manager
I led the project responsible for the Certificate Management System of the Brazilian Public Key Infrastructure (ICP-Brasil), which encompassed the development of a smartcard management system, the update of the underlying OpenSSL wrapper libcryptosec from version 1.0.2 to versions 1.1.x and 3.x, and the integration of Open Quantum Safe post-quantum bindings.
-
[Jul/2017–Aug/2020] Software developer
I developed and maintained the Certificate Management System of the Brazilian Public Key Infrastructure (ICP-Brasil), its smartcards applets and OpenSC integrations; I also worked on the update process of these systems from Redhat 5 to Redhat 7. I am responsible for adding support for custom HSM engines and Edward curves to these applications. Lastly, I implemented symmetric key management systems, researched election protocols, and implemented a secure OTP service that runs inside HSMs.

With respects to other domains of computer science, I am always eager to learn about constraint programming, optimization techniques, physics computer simulations, and quantum computing. Ouside the realm of computer science, I enjoy tabletop RPG (scheduling issues notwhistanding), historical and fantasy fiction, and some Dwarf Fortress shenanigans. Strike the earth!
